Refund & Cancellation Policy
Spotless Cleaning Solutions

At Spotless Cleaning Solutions, we value your time and trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled to ensure fairness for both our clients and our cleaning team.
- Appointment Cancellations
24-Hour Notice Required: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Missed Appointments: If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival (e.g., no key, locked out, or no one present to provide entry), the full service fee may be charged.
- Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their service once at no charge if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Multiple reschedule requests may result in an additional fee or prepayment requirement.
- Refunds
Service Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange a corrective cleaning at no additional cost.
Refunds: Monetary refunds are generally not issued, as our policy is to resolve service concerns through re-cleaning. However, management may issue partial or full refunds at their discretion in exceptional cases.
Prepaid Services: If services were prepaid and canceled within the allowed time frame, clients may receive a full refund or credit toward future services.
- Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Same-day cancellation charges.
Fees for hazardous or non-disclosed cleaning conditions.
Additional charges for extra time or scope agreed to during service.
- Force Majeure
Spotless Cleaning Solutions is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, emergencies, or natural disasters. In such cases, services may be rescheduled without penalty. - How to Cancel or Request a Refund
