Move-in/move-out cleaning
Deep cleaning and sanitization services
Specialized cleaning (carpets, windows, post-construction, etc.)
Each service is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients and is delivered by trained cleaning professionals.

3. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments must be booked in advance through our office, website, or approved platforms.
Clients may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
We reserve the right to adjust service times or staff assignments when necessary, with timely communication to the client.
4. Access to Property
Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time.
If access is not possible (e.g., locked doors, no key provided), Spotless Cleaning Solutions may charge a missed service fee.
5. Safety & Liability
Our team follows health and safety standards at all times.
We are insured and bonded for the protection of both our clients and staff.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items improperly secured prior to service.
6. Payments & Billing
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept multiple payment methods (credit/debit, e-transfer, invoicing for businesses).
Late payments may be subject to administrative fees.
7. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our service:
Please notify us within 24 hours of completion.
We will arrange a return visit or corrective action at no additional cost.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
We respect your privacy and confidentiality.
All client information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Staff are prohibited from sharing client details or using personal information for unauthorized purposes.
9. Service Limitations
While we strive to accommodate all requests, some limitations apply:
We do not clean hazardous materials, biohazards, or unsafe environments.
Heavily soiled areas may require additional time and costs, which will be discussed in advance.
Services do not include structural repairs or tasks outside the scope of professional cleaning.
10. Amendments
Spotless Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to update this Service Policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to clients and posted on our website.
